01/Where will the session be held?
Together we will select a setting that will best contribute to the creative vision and feel you desire. Both indoor and outdoor locations are available. Depending on which session option you choose, time may be available for both indoor and outdoor settings if desired.
02/How many outfit changes can I have?
This depends on which session option you choose - don't be shy, reach out, I'll send you ALL the details. Or you can peek at the investment tab and get an idea there. Your investment will include wardrobe guidance. I encourage you to think outside of the box by including clothing that is seasonal, so that your images can carry you throughout the year.
03/I'm really nervous & not sure how to pose, can we talk about this?
Yes, I've got ya girl! I want your session to be enjoyable. My desire is to create an environment that is both relaxing & fun. You can rest knowing that I will guide you completely on how to stand, move, sit, where to look, and even how to smile. I've been guiding people in photoshoots for over 20 years and my goal on your session day is to make it enjoyable. I want you to leave with a sense of empowerment.
04/Should I get my hair and makeup done professionally?
It’s your day and I think you should go all out! I encourage having your makeup done professionally, it does make a difference in the images, they definitely have a little bit more of a pop. Hair can be tricky, you may prefer the way you style your hair better than having it done. If you need a makeup artist recommendation, I have one that I adore!
05/Your sessions look like you've styled them or added props, how does that work?
Styling your session adds a lot of personality, feeling, and contributes greatly to your brand style. We will meet to discuss your vision, color, feel, textures etc. We'll collaborate on a mood board to start giving us creative direction. Together we will gather a few props that will make your session stand out. I love this part of the process, it's really fun!
